The Process Behind Every Cap


Each keycap starts with an idea, then gets modeled and printed in-house. This is how every piece is made, from concept to final form.

Step 1.

Designing

It starts with a shape or idea that could work as a keycap. I sketch and refine until it fits the board.

Step 2.

Modelling

Once the idea makes sense, I build it in 3D. Every surface and angle is shaped by hand in the software.

3D Printing

The final model gets printed in PLA. Supports are removed, and each piece is cleaned and checked by hand.
